Sleepy Hollow sits in a corridor of mature tree cover that feeds gutters hard through every season, and by the time we pulled up to this two-story house at ten in the morning, the system had clearly gone unattended long enough for things to take root — literally. The house footprint of just over 2,300 square feet meant a solid circuit of ladder repositioning, but we were wrapped by eleven-forty — just under two hours from first boot on the ground to final check.
