The customer wanted a full interior and exterior wash across all 21 windows, with screens and tracks included.
We worked through the casements methodically, tackling the hard water deposits with targeted mineral treatment before the standard squeegee pass — skipping that step would have left the glass hazy regardless of how clean the rest of the surface was. Ten screens came off, got a thorough wash, and went back in place. Tracks and frames were wiped down throughout. A few of the interior runs required setting up a ladder inside to reach the upper sashes safely, which we worked around without disrupting the pace of the day. Invoice went out once the last screen was seated.
