Window Washing at a 2-story house in Skokie on Kedvale Avenue. 22 windows cleaned. Completed by our Chicago team.
— Chicago crew
Double-hung windows on a two-story in Skokie collect grime steadily — street dust, exhaust drift, whatever the season pushes in from the surrounding blocks — and by the time this home came to us, all 22 of them were showing it. The house sits in a part of the North Shore corridor that sees real use: a lived-in neighborhood not far from the older residential stretches running toward Evanston and Morton Grove, where windows tend to go longer between cleanings than they probably should.
We ran the job inside and out, working through all 22 double-hungs from top floor to bottom. Each screen came off and went through a wash before going back in place. Six storm windows got their own attention as part of the count. Tracks and frames were wiped down at every opening — not just the glass. It's the kind of detail that doesn't photograph but makes the finished product feel right when you slide a sash or close a panel. Invoice went out once the last screen was seated and the crew was off the property.
