The technician arrived at ten in the morning and found the system completely stopped up, with at least one elbow carrying the worst of it. Clearing clogged elbows takes patience — you have to work the blockage free without forcing debris further down the run. Once the elbows were open and the downspouts flowing, the rest of the gutters were cleared and checked for proper drainage.
