Our standard window cleaning price covers only a thorough cleaning of plain glass windows. If your house has custom window panes such as French style or larger than average windows, or you're looking to add storm window washing, screen cleaning, skylights, hard water stain removal, or scraping services, - no problem! French Style Windows
The French-style window has non-removable "square grids." Additional charges will apply.
Storm Window Cleaning
A storm window is a removable piece of glass on the exterior or interior (pella-style storms) of the regular window often present on older windows. There could be one or two storm panes per window. Double-hung windows, aka triple tracks, almost always have two storm windows per double-hung window. Our window washers remove, clean, and reinstall the storm window after cleaning the main window.
Screen Cleaning
Window screens are designed to keep bugs out of your house while your windows are open. Depending on how dirty your screens are, our technicians will suggest machine washing or brushing screens by hand for an additional fee.

Additional charges will apply to clean large porch screens, oversize sunroom windows, and windows requiring an extension ladder to be brought inside to reach them. Extra charges will apply to buildings over two stories high that need a 32-foot tall ladder.

What are Window Sills, tracks, and Frames?
Get ready for the sparkle you deserve: our window cleaning service covers everything from sills to frames and tracks. While we handle your windows' sills at no extra cost, it takes a bit more hard work to get into those tight corners - so we do charge an additional fee for that special attention. Your window cleaner will provide a track and frame cleaning quote on-site.
