This two-story colonial home in northern Northbrook had 24 windows across two levels, including a large picture window in the family room and several double-hung windows on the north face that had accumulated a full winter of road salt and oxidation residue. The homeowners had been clients for several years and scheduled their annual spring cleaning as soon as temperatures stabilized in March.
Our technician started with the second-story exterior using proper ladder positioning for the north face, then worked around to the south and east exposures before moving inside. Every screen was removed, washed separately, and replaced before moving to the next window. Frames and tracks were wiped down on each window — not just the glass. The entire job was completed in under 4 hours with no mess left on any surface, interior or exterior. Invoice was emailed immediately upon completion.
