How do you clean windows/gutters?
Windows and gutters are cleaned by hand. We will bring all the tools and supplies needed. For window washing, we use a soapy solution that is 100% environmentally safe (we do not use ammonia), cotton cloth, and squeegees. Screens are taken outside, hosed down and dried before our technicians install them back. For gutter cleaning we use extension ladder to reach your gutters, all debris is scooped out by hand, placed in garbage bags and taken away. Downspouts are flushed with water and unclogged, if needed, at no extra charge.
How do you count windows?
Each window counts as one, including double hung windows. Sliding patio doors and sliding side by side windows are counted per each pane. Oversized windows are counted as one, but we will charge $5-$10 extra for each such window depending on its size. For more information refer to Window Washing Page.
Are there any extra charges?
Yes, there are. We charge extra to clean oversized windows, French windows, scraping (post construction), also to remove and reinstall gutter guards.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards.
How long will it take to wash my windows/ clean gutters?
